Friday Traveler's Feast

Served 7PM - 9PM

Sausage Soup with rolls
Sausage, chicken stock, white rice, carrots, thyme and cream. Served with rolls.


Saturday Breakfast:

Scotch Eggs
Sausage-encased hard-boiled eggs
Apple French Toast
French toast made with white bread, brown sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, corn syrup, apples, cloves & cinnamon. Sauce made with applesauce & apple jelly, cinnamon and cloves.

Homemade pork sausages with red cabbage, braised with apples

Brathendl
Roasted chicken served with a plum sauce and green salad.

Zwiebelkuchen (onion pie)
Onion pie (zweibelkuchen) is a yeast dough, covered with carmelized onions, bacon, cumin, sour cream and egg yolk.

Sauerbraten and roasted root vegetables
Beef roast marinated in beef broth, onion, garlic, thyme, bay, cloves, juniper berries, peppercorns. Gingersnaps are used the sauce. Served with roasted parsnips, turnips and carrots.

Pflaumenknödel (plum dumplings)
Pfeffernusse (spiced cookies)
